Individual Therapy
I work with adults and adolescents to help with a wide range of challenges: anxiety, depression, traumatic events, life transitions,etc.
Please, don't hesitate to call and discuss your needs and to see if this partnership can be a good match for you. I believe good rapport is the main ingredient for a successful therapy.

Creating personal space within the relationship, improving communication, building your relationship on trust and respect, ​learning how to really listen to each other with understanding and compassion, and eliminating defensiveness... These are the things I often focus on when working with couples to create healthy intimacy and partnership.

Training/Education
Training and Psychoeducation is availabe on a variety of subjects and in various settings, aiming to improve performance, create a better work environment, or create a better communication and bond between team members.
Previous experience includes providing trainings for first responders, athletes or teams, and for professional teams in an office setting.
